Dr. Madow graduated from Princeton University
with a degree in biochemistry. He then attended the
University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He did his
internship at the University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian
Medical Center. He did his residency in psychiatry at
Massachusetts Mental Health Center, a teaching facility of
the Harvard Medical School. He taught at Harvard Medical
School for fifteen years. He has been in private practice
for almost thirty years. He is the author of numerous
professional articles. He has been a moderator and
contributor at national symposia. He has been a guest
physician on radio and television programs. He is a
Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He has extensive
training in psychoanalysis from the New Orleans
Psychoanalytic Institute. He is a certified master psychopharmacologist by the Neuroscience Education
Institute.
